2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Within 30 Days: If you request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase and our product is confirmed to have a technical defect that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
- Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase, we will process a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a purchase was made without your authorization (e.g., fraudulent use of your payment method), please contact us immediately for investigation and potential refund.
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- You have used the Pro features extensively and simply changed your mind after the 30-day period.
- You purchased a lifetime/permanent plan and the 30-day refund window has passed.
